Maybe you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, or a persistent pattern of stress manifesting in the body. You may have experienced a trauma, a major transition, or a loss. Maybe you’re in a challenging relationship, or maybe you’re juggling life with a new baby or adopted child, or maybe you are just beginning again. Stress can impact us in so many ways. Even when the stressors are a new and joyful experience, we still need time and space to integrate.

As a mindfulness teacher and family therapist, I help my clients and students consistently cultivate the qualities of presence with compassion and respect, in every sit, step, and interaction in relationship with each other and the world.

Education & Therapy

Parent Education

I provide one-on-one consultations for individuals or couples, offering personalized support for challenges, communication, and understanding. Each confidential session fosters a safe space for exploration and growth.

Family Therapy

I meet with individuals and dyads to work on a variety of topics and themes. Dyads can be two parents, parents and infant, parent and child, or parent and adult child.

Mindfulness During Pregnancy Group

6 week class series | $120

Creating community and exploring the benefits of a mindfulness practice on and off the cushion for you and your baby.

Mindfulness Skills for Parents

6 week evening class series | $120

If you already feel that there is not enough time in your schedule to do it all, or you are noticing that your individual needs are being shunted off to the side, then this group is for you! This group is about forming community and making time and space for you to land in the present moment.

Women’s Mindfulness Group

This group is also known as At Your Service – a mindfulness support group for women engaged in the balance of community engagement and caring for yourself.

  • We start by exploring what brings you to therapy and your expected goals and outcomes. In the first session I take an extensive history and together we begin to understand the negative habitual patterns that have become recurring obstacles to positive change for you.

    The rhythm of therapy sessions and the way you process information will be according to your particular brain and nervous system. Any recent or past trauma or major loss will be met with sensitivity and skillful ways to help you process and come to resolution.

  • I have an office in Mill Valley where I see clients in person and I also offer sessions remotely.

  • Currently, I accept PayPal and checks.

  • Most people who use my services have no prior meditation experience. Most people have the desire to change and live a happier life. Meditation and mindfulness, both formal and informal practices, are among many of the skills/beneficial habits that I offer and I encourage you to cultivate in our work together. Jack Kornfield calls mindfulness "a profound medicine."

    I offer a free 30 minute consultation for anyone interested in my services. Being part of a mindfulness group does not exclude having one on one consultations/sessions if needed.
